Daniel’s Client Relationships:
- “Daniel has invested heavily in our relationship from its inception and has gained a solid understanding of our needs. He is proactive in reaching out to me on all matters, from small administrative and compliance items through to changes in market conditions and investment strategy. He is also very responsive to all ad-hoc requests for assistance. He provides a very personal service including face-to-face meetings at times and locations that suit my schedule. He is very flexible and accommodating.”
- “I have felt supported during a period of great financial uncertainty and thanks to our discussions have had the peace of mind that no matter what, a solution could be found. Looking forward, I feel that you understand my objectives and that you devised sound plans to achieve these. This again gives me confidence and peace of mind. I greatly value being able to speak face to face, as well as getting quick responses to any questions I have along the way. I do hope the award will be yours because I really feel that I’m in good hands.”
- “I would like to say the following in regard to Daniel Martinez and his invaluable assistance with our self managed superfund/portfolio: Daniel has always been available to us whether it be via telephone/email/or appointment in response to any concern or question that we may have in relation to our superannuation and generally as our portfolio manager.
Since our initial meeting in 2012, Daniel has given us advice on our taxation issues, estate planning, share portfolio and the like. Every query is promptly responded to, researched and his professionalism is always given in a very friendly and approachable manner – this is no mean feat in this busy business age. At no stage can we say that Daniel has made us feel that we need to chase him for anything.
Daniel has a high regard for his clients, this is apparent in the way he listens to them. He will hear you out no matter how silly you may think the question is or actually repetitive it is. Sometimes you need to ask the same questions again and again for the answer to sink in and be understood. His easy manner with this is a strong point. I have nothing but time for Daniel as that is how he displays himself to us. At times you will need to hear something that requires you to see the bigger picture and not just put “a toe in the water” and at no time does he give you anything but time to digest his advice and actually asks you to go away and think about the next step. We like that – the feeling that you are not pushed into making any hasty decisions.
I can recommend Daniel Martinez as a financial planner who takes on board the individual’s concerns and then works with them to achieve a good outcome”.
